Oromia Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (OCCSA) is an autonomous non-profit-non-governmental private organization. It is an umbrella for the business community of the Oromia National Regional State. It works to serve and advocate the business community and evolve a vibrant chamber in the Region. OCCSA was established in 2003 based on the proclamation 341/2003 of Ethiopia, which is a legal background for the establishment of Chambers of Commerce and Sectoral Associations in the country.

OCCSA is creating vibrant private sector in the Region through advocacy, trade and investment promotion and capacity building. As a vision, it aspires to be a competitive and exemplary chamber in Ethiopia as well as in East Africa. As its core values, it uses professionalism and integrity, members focused, effectiveness and efficiency, transparency, accountability, quality service, leadership and social and environmental responsibilities.
